The brand shares Christian content, blog posts, future podcast-style conversations, and faith-based merch connected to the message of being still in progress, still growing, and still following Christ.

What does “Loading Christianity” mean?

Loading Christianity represents the ongoing journey of being formed by Christ.

It means we are not finished. We are still learning, still growing, still being corrected, and still being shaped by God.

What does John 12:32 mean for the brand?

John 12:32 says:

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”

This scripture is part of the foundation of Loading Christianity. The goal is to lift up Christ, not ourselves, not culture, and not arguments.

What kind of products do you sell?

We sell faith-based apparel, mugs, stickers, and other merchandise designed around Christian messages, scripture, growth, testimony, and discipleship.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most Loading Christianity products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. This means your item is created after you place your order.

Why are products made to order?

Made-to-order production helps us avoid waste, keep inventory costs low, and offer meaningful designs without needing to hold large stock upfront.

Will the product look exactly like the mockup?

We do our best to show product images as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, print placement, fabric texture, or product appearance can happen due to screen settings and the production process.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Please review the size chart on each product page before placing your order. Since our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for wrong size selection.

Do your shirts and hoodies run true to size?

Most items are designed to have a standard unisex fit unless stated otherwise on the product page. Check each product’s size chart for the best fit.

Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept exchanges for wrong size selection. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. After production, delivery time depends on the shipping method, carrier, and destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Some items may ship separately depending on the product type, production partner, or fulfillment location. If your order arrives in separate packages, you should receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability may vary by product and destination. If international shipping is available for your order, the shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for replacement or reshipping.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the full item

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.

Do I need to send back a damaged item?

In most cases, you do not need to send back a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to. Clear photo proof is usually enough for review.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and help determine the next step.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will appear at checkout. These may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options supported by Shopify.

Do you offer discount codes?

From time to time, Loading Christianity may offer launch discounts, seasonal discounts, or special promotional codes. Discount codes must be entered at checkout to apply.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount rules may vary. If a discount code does not combine with another offer, Shopify will show that at checkout.
