Return & Refund Policy

At Loading Christianity, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because every item is custom printed after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the full item
A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.

No Returns Needed for Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please do not send it back unless we specifically ask you to. In most cases, photo proof is enough for us to review the issue.

Size and Color Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout.

Please check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, contact us so we can review the issue.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a replacement may require an additional production and shipping charge.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
